On the buyer side....Since you are doing most of the heavy lifting searching for your home onlineĀ (96% of buyers search for homes online).Ā We believe that you shouldn't put yourself in a position where you have to pay 3% of the purchase price to the buyers agent if the seller chooses not to offer anything.Ā Typically the sellers agent pays the buyers agent commission, but not always anymore!Ā If the seller agent doesn't offer anything for the buyers agent commission that would mean you are stuck paying 3%.Ā How about we reduce that to 1% only if the seller doesn't offer at least that.Ā Ā
